Light Case Management Services

While we do not provide full case management, we are able to assist clients with a variety of supportive services, including:

  • Assistance with Applications: Help completing online and paper applications, or coordinating appointments with agency representatives as needed.

  • Client Advocacy: Calling customer or member service lines to assist with benefit questions, replacement cards, and other general inquiries.

  • Homeless Verification Letters: Providing documentation for unhoused individuals seeking services from organizations that require verification of housing status.

  • Supportive Counseling: Offering short-term, solution-focused support within the scope of our services.

Access and Referrals

Partnering with other local agencies to provide information and referrals for insurance, health care, housing, emergency shelter. We participate in the local continuum of care (COC) and the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).
