Dental Program Mission Statement
At Help and Outreach Point of Entry, our dental program is committed to prioritizing the reduction of dental health disparities by increasing access to quality, compassionate dental care for individuals experiencing homelessness and economic hardship. We believe that early intervention and preventive services are critical to avoiding severe dental infections and improving overall well-being. Our goal is to ensure that everyone we serve has the opportunity to achieve and maintain a healthy smile, regardless of their circumstances.

Scheduling assistance with a general dentist or oral surgeon.

Financial assistance for dental care based on income eligibility. Apply Here

Coverage of complete and partial dentures for Medicaid clients and others that qualify.

If you qualify for assistance, we will provide a Promissory Letter with the approved amount to the appropriate dental provider. These letters typically expire within 3-6 months. It is your responsibility to contact us if you have been unable to utilize the funding during that period of time. Extensions are not guaranteed, every effort should be made to utilize funding as soon as possible.
