Who Can Join?
Individuals who are either currently incarcerated and within 60 days of release and formerly incarcerated individuals (within one year) that reside in Wicomico County. If you are ready to build a brighter future for yourself and your family, this program is for you!
How to Get Started:
✔ Call Us – Confirm your eligibility and get your questions answered
✔ Visit Us – Stop by our office Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 9 AM and 2 PM
✔ Email Us – Submit your completed intake form

Connects individuals with needed resources in Wicomico County. Information and Referral, Food Pantry, Winter Clothing. More information: Provides information and referral for crisis hotlines, mental health providers, drug and rehabilitation facilities, housing, food pantries, winter clothing, and local shelters. Assists with employment opportunities, job applications, and unemployment claims. Connects individuals with re-entry programs and legal resources. Helps with finding GED classes. Offers food, winter clothing, and sleeping bags.
